Collins said she voted with her party 72% of 90% of the votes she took. What of the 10% and what of votes taken that passed Rep legilsation without her vote.

She, Murkowski, Tillis and Paul had a deal. As long as the vote would pass, one or more of them could vote "against" it in fake protest. Everyone saw through this ruse.
