A lot of red tape was put in specifically to harm small business so going after it is a great move. Sure a lot of small business types think of themselves as billionaires to be, but a lot are just people following their dream to work with what they love, and we should help them.

I can’t deny that the corporate tax cuts were maybe helpful to all businesses, despite 1 million children getting starved and employees stressed out over cost of living. Just like average Americans, small businesses get squeezed because the oligarchs don’t want to pay a fair share

Not all red tape is pointless. Sometimes, if it seems that way, it's because you don't understand the "why" of why it exists. Piss off low and mid-level bureaucrats who understand and (perhaps excessively) have embraced the "why" and you're setting yourself up for retaliation in the future.
