Michael Gonzales, the ambassador to Zambia, announced at an emotional press conference that the U.S. would cut $50 million in aid due to theft of medications.

I'm no fan of Trump, but if you read the article, they're making the cuts because of corruption in the Zambian government. Medications donated for free end up being sold in pharmacies. They've repeatedly tried to get the government to stop the corruption but to no avail.

Still, sounds like criminal capitalism, Trump's favorite activity.

I can't deny that. 🤷‍♀️ It's just sad that the people who really need the medication won't get it because of corruption.
