Area dad knows what he’s doing!

He just wants to congratulate you on your birthday. Which was last week.

I was sick with worry when I got a missed call from my dad the other day thinking something might have happened to my mum, before remembering she died 7 years ago. Shouldn't have worried anyway, as my dad himself died 23 years ago. Work that one out!

Nah, he is just on retired time and didn't even consider that you were at your full time day job.

My dad texted me at 8:30pm recently asking me to call him. I've never been so scared!

I suspect this is how my parents feel when I actually call them on the phone unexpectedly instead of just texting
