First — the champs are winless. The Knicks are 0-3 after Orlando closed on a 33-16 run Sunday at the Garden. First defending champs to start 0-3 since the 2011-12 Mavs.

Luka is not messing around. 52 points, 10 assists, 8 rebounds as the Lakers erased an 18-point hole in Utah and stayed unbeaten at 3-0. That is his 10th career 50-point game.

Detroit, though. 3-0, and Sunday they walked into Philly without two starters and never trailed. Cade had 26, 8 and 8. The Pistons look like a problem, not a fluke.

The hard part — OKC is 3-0 too, but Jalen Williams was carted off late Sunday with a left-leg injury and gave the crowd a thumbs up. Wishing him a fast one. The league is better with JDub healthy.
