Another thing AI has taken from me is just being able to use normal VPNs with a lot of services. So many crawlers use VPN and Datacenter IP addresses that even these work VPNs get ass-blasted by something as fundamental as the login page for this academic shit. I hate it here

These people literally are looting the entire commons for their bullshit and they don't respect anything or anyone and it's fucking awful. Everything needs enhanced security. Everything needs special firewall configuration. Everything needs Anubis or other stuff just to stay up. Future sucks, dawg.

I cannot agree more! I am not going to abandon open sourcing all my work, but I am really not happy about knowing that my work contributes to their looting.

God Help Me if I have to set up my own page for literally anything, it's why I can't even bring myself to get off of GitHub Pages. How the fuck am I gonna take on an entire part-time gig just to figure out how to not have my page scraped to oblivion and exceed ul/dl limits. Fuck, man.
