This appears to be an update to their original disclosure to note that they are aware of "four state court lawsuits related to the August 2026 data breach".

I've never seen a company filing an Item 1.05 as a follow-up to an initial Item 1.05.

Anyone have a good suggestion for simple, free hosting for markdown (with rendering)? I don't _really_ want to make it a gist. I just thought I'd see if there were other alternatives! Thanks!!

Your extensive relationship with the main characters of the story (through interviews, etc) provided insight that I don't think anyone else could give. But, I appreciated that you weren't too proud to use (with ample credit) other people's research in a way that made your work better.

I have recommended the book to anyone who will listen and I know that they will enjoy it! Congratulations on such a great piece of writing!

I just finished Super Nintendo and wanted to tell you how much I loved it. In fact, "loved it" does not really capture what I thought about the book. I am slightly older than you and grew up in the era of Duck Hunt and Paperboy and Double Dribble.

Even though I'm a CS professor, I'm not a huge gamer. But, I love histories of modern technology so I bought your book. What I enjoyed the most was how you combined your expertise in the field (its economics and its art-theoretical aspects) with your passion and (obvious) appreciation of Nintendo.

Custom domain handle!! I am *now* convinced this will be the future (cue the people 5 years from now looking back at this message as if I wrote it on MySpace).

@rcs.bsky.social Hello! I was just relistening to your CPPCast interview -- I regularly revisit the greatest hits! You mentioned that when C23 is done you were going to start working on a TR for integers. I was wondering if I could help with that? I'd love to be involved!

You are up to date.
