Boeing is a shell of the company it used to be. After merging with McDonnell Douglas profit for shareholders has been the only thing they care about. Sad.

Excellent article! RCS thrusters aren't exactly a new innovation. What I'm curious about is: are the Starliner thrusters a new design that is faulty, or was it a manufacturing problem? They mentioned FOD in the article, but doesn't sound like they think it's actually that.
