Um...I'm reading a comic book, & there's a line saying the people in the city stagnate for decades and watch "cycles of inertia." How does NOTHING have cycles? Ans.: It dsn't. It's a string of gobbledy-gook meant to sound cool. OMG, the writer does it again later🤦‍♂️, saying Prussia was a "creature."
