Your first sci-fi movie? I was four:

It was also my first movie in a theater, and it may have been my first movie ever. I just remember crying a lot. 😂 But I also know that I instantly fell in love with sci-fi's ability to imagine extraordinary situations to talk about humans. Hooked for life.

I was around 7. My aunt had bought me an E.T. figure which I took with to watch the movie. I remember LOTS of crying and holding on to that little figure for dear life after the movie.

I had to be physically removed from the theater, at 3 years old I could NOT handle E.T. dying and apparently I couldn't stop screaming. So they tell me, I don't actually remember.
