Maybe not most, but Houston is up there. Many great outdoor places, but you can only enjoy them from late fall to early spring. And that is when the daylight is shorter, so it’s impossible if you work a 9-5 to enjoy the outdoors except on the weekends. Oh and you have to drive 30 mins to a nice spot

London, Saigon with low humidity would be an ace

New Delhi. 30 million people. Summer is three months around 100 degrees, “cooling” to 80 at night. Winters have high pressure, trapping smog. In between: Monsoon season, 30 inches of rain in 10 weeks.

Miami

I’d pick Seattle weather over Southern California every day of the week and twice on Sundays.
