We need to look again the materials used in phone construction. In world in which 95% of phones are used with a glass screen protector and a case surely phones should come with a plastic case and plastic screen?

Thin tech is fine, but I'd rather see more (any) small phones. The battery life is probably still fine. Will it have wireless charging?

Phone case are stupid. It's a device meant to be carried all the time: how about design it so that you don't need a case? Phones already come with a case, one made of fragile glass/aluminum. Phone plus dumb glass/aluminum case + second case around that much heavier/bigger than proper rugged case.

Does this mean we’re entering the Razr era of smartphone thinness again? 😂

no Samsung!! make it a normal width to accommodate good battery life and some features beyond the bare minimum!!

Then buy the phone with the bigger battery... That was simple. Clearly this phone isn't for you. But guess what, lots of people want this.

My Galaxy S24+ is 1mm thicker than this. The battery tradeoff is not worth it.
