19 years ago, an ambitious dream to bring an iconic book series into the world of video games came to life with the release of The Witcher. It was the start of an unforgettable path, which wouldn't have been possible without our friends at BioWare.

19 years later and that BioWare connection still feels like such a cool bit of RPG history. What a way to start a legendary run.

I'm sure I'm not the only gamer that hopes CDPR enters the inevitable bidding war for the Mass Effect IP.

Aside from EA having been horrible, apparently the deal to buy EA by the Saudis and Jared Kushner included this cut.

From lending us their Aurora Engine and sharing their knowledge, to giving us a spot at their booth at E3, their support helped turn our vision into Geralt’s first interactive adventure. Thank you to everyone who has walked the Path with us from the very beginning. Happy 19th anniversary, witchers!

I think it’s wonderful that you never forget your beginnings and that you honor those who helped make you who you are today☺️ Huge kudos to all of you for that—and that is precisely why, in my eyes, you are simply the best💛❤️

19 years? Damn! It feels like it was yesterday when I was running around with Geralt trying top master the timing for that awkward fighting mechanic. Congrats, everyone.
