I'm amazed that you were able to do this with speedball's tools! If you enjoyed the process I recommend getting some non-speedball carving blocks and tools. I can see you doing incredible block print designs!!

Highly recommend Dicky Blick's battleship grey linoleum sheets! I usually get unmounted because it's cheaper but they work just as well as the mounted ones. The only downside is the sheet can furl in on itself but if I weigh it under stuff it'll unfurl. Cherry wood is also great if you want wood.

For carving tools I recommmend the brand Pfeil! They're pricey but make carving feel so smooth and easy—especially super fine details. I got the set of 12 but I think they've got a set of 6. Just depends on which types/sizes of gauges you find yourself wanting to regularly use!
