I'm getting around like 6.5/4? Wait no 3+3+4 seems to be lining up when I count that, I guess you'd probably want to write 10/8 instead of 10/4? Its been a long time since I've done formal music I'm locking in my answer of 10/8 I feel good about this one

woah! honestly not sure the four beats have this relative ratio of size: 14, 14, 7, 10 i suppose if you group together the first three you get 35, 10 so you could probably express this in terms of 10. maybe 5 would be better though dunno
