I recommend people read this to get a sense of the president's grave cognitive impairment. Trump is either unwilling or unable (or maybe both) to answer the questions he's actually asked, so he just rants and raves while the interviewers do their best to provide structure to his random brain firings

Another example of dischronometria: “When you look at the war and you ask me how long have you been, I said, why didn't you ask Kennedy, Lyndon Johnson, how long have you been in various wars?” The reporter replies that she would have if she has had the opportunity, not “because they’re dead, idiot”
