First concept for the new Game Dev feed branding! Should I hire somebody to do this? Probably. Am I gonna? I'LL HAVE YOU KNOW I AM A CLASSICALLY TRAINED GRAPHIC DESIGNER, SIR/MADAM.

Hey #GameDev, my buddy @drewls.bsky.social gave me an excellent idea. I'm gonna put together some merch for the Game Dev feed. If any artists wanna get their designs on shirts and make some extra cash, hmu. 💙

By classically trained, I mean I learned in Macromedia Fireworks and dropped out of college DON'T YOU JUDGE ME

Holy shit Fireworks. You are an OG. 😁

You know it, baby.

I think I actually kept using a pirated version of Fireworks for like 2 years after they discontinued and trashed all downloads for the last version. I used it until I literally couldn't run it on any of my machines.

Concept #2! Are game devs today even old enough to remember arcade cabs with CRT displays?🤔

This one is SO GOOD

Thanks! I kinda thought this one was a dud. 😅

The Megan ChainSawyer Massacre

Oh dang, I love this one :D

Oh snap! I didn't expect this one to get much love at all. 😅

I mean... I played Taiko on Monday and that didn't look like a flat screen to me

I know it's a highscore, but I still first thought about the NES Game Genie. Maybe do one based on that?😉

Ooooooooh, I love that idea! I will 100% be giving that a shot. 😍

This one's cute!

Thankies! I have a version with a more uniform bulge that looks way better, but I uploaded the wrong file. 😅

Not a concept, but while searching for inspiration for concept #3 I found this unfinished project where I was trying to make a self-portrait in the same style as Bernie, the mascot for @birb.house. 😅
