This was an amazing TED talk and he is such a fun speaker. If you told teenage T.R. that D&D would be used for leadership training some day he would have laughed and went back to eating Doritos, slaying goblins, and hiding in the attic with his nerdy friends to avoid being made fun of. 1/2

Leading tabletop roleplaying games improved my math skills, creativity, imagination, social skills, visualization skills, leadership, tactics, and strategic planning.
