You could and should have stopped with the first paragraph, Mayor.
There's 364 other days of the year when you could have condemned Israel's response to this atrocity.
But this is like commemorating the anniversary of the 9/11 attacks by lecturing us about our invasion of Iraq.
I wish more people did condemn the Iraq invasion on 9/11.
"Your pain does not justify inflicting pain on other innocent people" is a lesson that apparently more people need hammered into their heads repeatedly.
Unfortunately, Hamas doesn't have bases in Gaza, they operate within residential areas and tunnels. I sympathize with the Gazan civilians who were caught in the middle. But going into Gaza after the hostages was justified.
what about everything that has happened since? what about the children? can hamas therefore bomb a base in central tel aviv? what about the abuses and killing of palestinians in the west bank? what about everything that happened before 10/7?
What about Hamas’ daily suicide bombings for a decade? Mothers driving their own families into checkpoints and blowing them up? Shooting rockets into Israel to kill civilians knowing there is a 20% chance that it will land on Palestinians? Hiding in tunnels under schools while their people suffer?
Why would anyone use IDF favourite target for 78 years as a shield 🤔.
Thats as ridiculous as using missiles to look for hostages. 🤔 Oh wait yeah only Israel does that too.
No go look, where all Israel military buildings and offices are... 'Hint' in built up civilian areas.
Hypocritical much.
Did you not understand the post? Or is your claim that the 100,000 dead gazans somehow all were responsible for 10/7? Something tells me that you wouldn’t like that same standard applied to Israelis
I assumed since the attack on October 7 came from Gaza, returned to Gaza with the hostages and kept them there in tunnels under Gaza, that Gazans were responsible.
