Boy I could have used this a couple of weeks ago.. just lost my pup of 13 after a diabetes dx. I suspect she had it for awhile as she was losing weight. By the time I started her on insulin she was already very sick. I wanted to speed up the insulin dose progression but my vet wouldn’t.

I found this very frustrating as a former nurse. She got sicker everyday with bg >500 and was only getting 1u bid.
