"What exactly do you expect Carney to do / not do?" A thread of 50 specific items (with links, and not in any particular order), a large fraction of which are in line with warning signs we pointed out early on and were told to be quiet, wait and see, or trust his 4D chess acumen. 1/??

Let me add my humble request. Gov should make a civil defense book similar to Sweden’s. It covers broadcasting methods, what to do in case of war/disaster/emergency. How to protect yourself and resist under occupation. It must be shared officially via social media, schools, etc.

Richard Sandbrook of @science-for-peace.bsky.social was asked by Douglas & McIntyre to write  The Citizens' Guide to Nonviolent Defence: douglas-mcintyre.com/products/978... . Will be out in Nov. (Not waiting for @mark-carney.bsky.social & @liberal.ca.web.brid.gy to act... takes too long)
