Here is how I get out of Youtube copyright claims. I use this general format and it works 98% of the time, I swear (just, y'know, make sure you ain't lying and the video *is* Fair Use, and personalize the dispute to be specific to that video.) ✨You're welcome!✨

Yeah I have a similar script I’ve used for years. Recently the issue has been copyright claims while live streaming, which is more annoying because there’s nothing i can do in the moment. And there’s not much incentive to fight the claim after the stream is over because i private the vods.

So it’s like, sure, I could issue a dispute, but why bother? I would rather just stream to twitch where I don’t have to worry as much about such strict and nonsense copyright claims.
