Do we get the items if we join a private instance of the event or does it have to be a official instance?

Watch the official Developer stream at twitch.tv/vrchat for a Moonchaser Penlight Twitch Drop, AND/OR join an instance for a Moonchaser wristband. Users who stay to party after an hour will receive the Moonchaser Shades Accessory. World will be in a special World Row on Aug 28. See you there!

No European timezones on poster ;_; More seriously: is the "developer stream" like just a stream that's gonna cover the event as it happens? Or something else?
