Been editing and mixing a track to use for this dynamic music system. It's for the game I'm working on and after splitting it in different ways and adjusting the logic a bunch of times- I ended up swapping to an entirely different track and method.

If you find yourself overcomplicating a small part of a project, try to compare the amount of time you're spending on that part against the overall goal you're trying to reach. For me, the dynamic background music doesn't largely affect the gameplay itself so I shouldn't be spending too long on it!

ended up using @vowgan.bsky.social's amazing prefab for player audio for now while i figure how to sync it all, but i learned a lot from my failed iterations and will tackle it again another time! there are lots of other parts of the game / world im making, and seeing things i make by hand slowly...

some of the graphs here shown are me trying to create a networked object pool for playeraudio sounds (footsteps, jumping, landing, falling) to play for all user- i rehashed the logic four times in different ways- there were issues with each iteration and ended up not using any!

i learned how to make logos into 3d models in a clean way manually without using any third party website or auto converters!! post ur logos as replies if u want a 3d model of it :] i'll get to them all eventually for free :D
