My Foundation TV series take: great show that is a terrible adaptation of a great book that is terribly written.

Spot on. Except maybe the part about the show being "great". Or maybe the show is great but not great sci-fi. Or maybe the show is great sci-fi and I'm not a great sci-fi fan. Or something. If I wanted to dip my toe back in, what's the greatest episode to start at?
