T-Mobile runs a billing scam. I required a paper bill & they billed me 5 dollars a month extra for it but they kept switching me to paperless billing without my permission and then charging me a late fee after they didn't send me the paper bill I paid extra for. They also have a floating bill cycle.

I keep getting emails from Xfinity telling me the rate for my TV/internet package is going up, but I can lock in the current rate for 5 years if I take their package that includes a cellphone. Nope, already have a cellphone and just got a new handset.
