Rumeysa Ozturk, a PhD student at Tufts University, was detained March 25 by Department of Homeland Security agents in masks and plainclothes. “We should all be horrified at the way DHS spirited away Rumeysa in broad daylight,” Mahsa Khanbabai, Ozturk’s lawyer, said. wapo.st/3QPfoiA

Trump is a 78 year old man with early symptoms of dementia being prop-up by complicit people like Stephen Miller, that surround the mad-king, to carry out a dead-letter-literal-interpretation of the Bible authoritarian theocratic government under “Project 2025” blueprint. White Cult.

From the article: Massachusetts Attorney General Andrea Joy Campbell (D) said it was alarming that the Trump administration “chose to ambush” Ozturk. “It looked like a kidnapping,” a neighbor whose camera captured the footage, told the Associated Press.

Absolute nightmare. A terrible stain on humanity and a terrible reputation for our country. Students beware: this is not a safe place to complete your schooling.

All of these random arrests smell to me like there are zealots informing on these people who, perhaps, hold different views from themselves. This just feels eerily reminiscent of another awful time in history.

F*ck you, WaPo. You and your uberlord Jeff Bezos helped bring this about by supporting Trump and pulling your endorsement of Kamala Harris. The US is a fascist state and irresponsible news outlets like yours are largely to blame. I won’t click on your article. I’ll never read your paper again.

A federal district judge ordered agents on Tuesday not to move the student out of Massachusetts without advance notice. The Immigration and Customs Enforcement detainee locator page showed Ozturk’s location as Louisiana late Wednesday.

First the states cut colleges loose and told them to go make money. So they raised tuition on locals and started taking in more students from foreign countries. Locals ended in debt. Now Trump wants to take the high tuition foreigners away. All to tank education.

As a German, I can assure you that the Nazi Gestapo or the East German Stasi used similar methods. It's disappointing that the country where many Holocaust victims found refuge and regained their freedom has now changed so much. Do you really want to be compared to this horror?

Asylum procedures are bureaucratic and often lengthy. But to be considered a humanistically oriented democracy, a proper constitutional review is necessary. And a decision once made must stand. Revoking a Green Card may only occur in cases of serious offenses and not out of the blue.

Hey WAPO, thanks for sharing this horrifying story about masked-thugs abducting an innocent individual off the street, but aren’t you afraid your corporate overlord will be mad?
