When do the arrests of the officials defying court orders start? Strongly worded opinions don't mean shit if there's nothing that ever backs it up. If there's no punishment for defying courts, then there's no longer a judicial branch at all.

Elections of judges are very important folks. Do some research into the partisan leanings of each judge in your state or district or county. Judge elections matter. Judges should not be partisan, but they are. Just look at the Supreme Court.
