I think these are the findings from the first 'publicly exposed' Signal use that we know of. It is possible the Pentagon's Watchdog started the investigation before that public event. All that is yet to be revealed.

I posted this when it happened but it didn't seem to catch on. The app they were using was not on the government infrastructure so it was not secure. The person that wrote the encryption knows how to decrypt it. I'm not saying Signal did anything nefarious just that they had the ability.

This was EIGHT months ago! Why are we still stirring this up now? It should have been dealt with way back then, he would be gone and we wouldn't be in this shit show currently.
