There is a simple solution to this. Don't use USPS for your mail-in ballots since they will be working hard to ensure ballots arrive late. Use the drop boxes provided by every state that allows mail-in voting. If you're ballot goes into the box before the polls close it will be counted. Guaranteed.

They can't outlaw drop boxes any more than they can outlaw polling places. However, the evil right-wing leader of USPS already changed the rules for when mail gets postmarked which means anyone who sends a ballot by USPS less than a week in advance could be disenfranchised.

As of 2026, 11 states prohibit ballot drop boxes: Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, and West Virginia.

So in areas where Dems have the higher proportion of mail in votes all Trump will need to do is get a friend in the postal service to mess up collections in the week of the roe toon and bingo!
