LMFAO -- Trump is holding an event at the White House right now but there's no audio because the press pool isn't there. The Newsmax host notes that this is an example of Trump's attacks on the press "backfiring just a little bit"

This guy is in Minneapolis standing before an American citizen in an SUV. The only reason he's brandishing an assault rifle is because he wants the people he's purportedly there protecting to feel terrorized by his presence. This is not protection. This is occupation.

This is very good from WaPo. Note position of officer's feet to side of car when first shot is fired. I think everyone defending this should be asked: Was it not even an *overreaction* to fire those shots, especially 2 & 3, into her face point-blank with the officer clearly not in danger? Really?

For those keeping score, Bellingcat, The New York Times Visual Investigation Team, & Washington Post's Visual Forensic team have all published analysis showing the ICE shooter wasn't in the path of Renee Nicole Good’s vehicle when he shot her, contradicting statements by the President & his cronies

Listen to the panic of this moment as #ICE shoots into her car with kids inside. How can anyone think that this is acceptable? It's absolutely repugnant. #ICELawlessness is happening again & again. Just about every attack is being done without warrants on innocent people by anonymous thugs.

You good with random mothers being pulled out of their cars & friggin kidnapped? That's what's happening in this country & we're not doing enough to stop it. Why aren't GOVERNORS sending out forces to end #ICELawlessness or at least follow #ICE thugs & make them comply with the law? Call them!

This ought to be a huge story everywhere. It is imperative that we not normalize sending troops into blue cities on false pretenses. The consequences could be tragic. Journalists must rebut the lies and quote the outraged at the top of their articles and segments. www.cnn.com/2025/09/27/p...

Karen Bass: "On Saturday night, the president tweeted that 'because of the great work of the National Guard, the protests & the violence was curtailed.' The National Guard wasn't even here. They didn't even arrive until the next day. That's why it's very hard to not see this as a stunt or test case"
