it's really bad that the US doesn't protect the nearby communities with regulatory action. In my town in germany we're having another datacenter as well, not a lot of workplaces. But strict Noise emission levels and they are mandated to put their exhaust heat on the local heating network.

Jeff is going to attempt to make data centers partisan.....Cool! Put the centers, all in them fascist states.
