Absurd. We've seen prosecutorial misconduct by Trump's DOJ across the country. Defense attorneys should immediately ask for the Grand Jury transcripts. Cite recent examples of prosecutorial misconduct that included prosecutors illegally manipulating the Grand Jury like the Broadview 6 cases.

Radical left wing lunatic caught blue-handed and released by soft-on-crime justice system. This violent criminal should be deported to where he came from.

The felon pardoned seditionists who attempted to overthrow the government and beat Capitol Police into comas. This former member of the US Olympic Cycling Team dipped his hand into a public body of water. WTAF!!!!!

Of all things, 47 and his minions targeting an older, affluent white guy, a well-spoken elite athlete no less. What will Fox do with this? I can't see a spin that works for them.

A real newspaper that wasn’t a tool for a fascist would point out that this DOJ has a habit of misleading grand juries in order to secure indictments. Not the Washington Post, which is State owned media.

Because he picked up a piece of plastic or rubber or something? I’d be “voir dired” off that jury because I’d say I’m familiar with the case & there is no way I would ever vote to convict him of vandalism. The person who’s done the most damage to that pool is Trump’s contractor. There’s your vandal.

Im sorry this is absolutely insane. What did this grand jury see that we did not that they chose to charge this guy with a felony? There’s definitely some more jury tampering going on here. We have to start normalizing telling people on juries that do this shit that they are moral failures.

This case won't go far. As soon as defense starts digging into the events surrounding this fiasco, they'll drop the charges. But I'd love to see testimony by the geniuses who planned the changes, or the ones who poured in a bunch of toxic chemicals, or the people who drove a motorcade over it.

This is funny, you know .. like when the guy threw a subway sandwich at a police officer and the same "attorney general" couldn't get a conviction kinda funny. David will be just fine. The one thing this administration cant seem to buy is a conviction.

““I didn’t vandalize anything,” Hearn, who had been cycling, “I didn’t destroy or break or peel anything. By the time I realized what was going on, I was being put in handcuffs.” At the time of his arrest,He had just finished a 52-mile bike ride he visited the Lincoln Mem. to see the reflecting pool
