There's no confusion. Trump has come out and isn't pretending that he's not on Russia's side anymore.

He only grew a spine after announcing his retirement. It’s the same story with all of them. There’s no room for dissent in Trump’s party. The only officeholders who break away from Trump are those willing to sacrifice their office for it - or those trying not to get tossed out by voters next month.
