I hate being in a state of wishing mortal harm upon people who I’ve never met and never will meet in person, but I take absolution in recognizing that desire for harm as the desire for justice, for bullies of the highest order to be humiliated in the same measure that they persecute the powerless.

It's not hate. Although hate is the next step beyond frustrated Justice. I feel much like you. Fierce desire for justice and a frustration that it's not happening.
