Elections by the common (read that under educated) public wouldn't work. It'd turn into a beauty contest or a dem/repug fight. I think the legal system (other judges and lawyers) should nominate and hold hearings of their nominees; then submit the top five names to Congress for public hearings.

Re-write history? They can't do that. It is what it is. The world is watching. It knows. We know. But they can re-write the future we thought we were building. Isn't that the real danger here?
