Why wouldn’t Hegseth have been required to rescue the two shipwrecked men, then destroy any drugs discovered? Looks like Hegseth has been intent on destroying both evidence of drugs or any other reason for being there plus all witness.

Presuming that Trump can pardon a war crime in the US, but surely that pardon does not cover other countries. Could Hegseth, Bradley and others be charged in other countries? Should we restrict their entry.
