From a recorded account I watched, as Alex lay face down after being shot, ICE agents were searching his body, face down, to find his legal firearm. It had already been snatched away by an ICE agent BEFORE he was shot. ICE rendered NO MEDICAL AID, they just tried to cover up their murder.

Legal minds are not labeling this to what it truly was. This was a Summery Execution. Plain and simple. Grotesquely killed on the street, execution style, in front of witnesses, on camera, to send a chilling message. Then backed up by government officials by criminally blaming the victim.
