Do you think workers in Washington would balk at demolishing the Kennedy Center? I may be naive but I could see some refusing that order and probably the large contract. (And their last in DC)

Andrew, what legal liability does a construction company face for illegally demolishing something? Can the company dodge criminal or civil prosecution for breaking the law at someone else's direction?
