He is not wrong. "There are reasonable grounds to believe that the reported 68 attacks that killed 223 people constituted crimes against humanity of murder under customary international law" - United Nations Special Rapporteur on U.S. Killing “Narco-Terrorists” at Sea www.ohchr.org/sites/defaul...

The🇺🇸is not a state party to the Rome Statute, which founded the ICC in 2002. As of Jan 2025 125 states are members of the Court. In 2002 the🇺🇸having previously signed the Rome Statute, formally withdrew its signature&indicated that it did not intend to ratify the agreement.

Not a presidential crime in the US, right? Since he was engaged in doing his duty as President, and the Supreme Court has ruled that he cannot be indicted for such?

Anyone doing this would be named as a mass murderer or a serial murderer. B/c it's Hegseth as Secy of Defense or Trump as President, doesn't mean they get off scott free. Both of these "leaders" authorized these murders. They should experience the same consequences that any other criminal.

Is it? We’ve had a decade of “huge deal” from this lot, and not only has no one been punished, they’ve been rewarded by being handed all branches of government.

👍Worried T will steal the election? Criminals stop criming when UNPARDONABLE state law consequences are obvious. Do state laws specifically prohibit all forms of tampering with the election process? Can low IQ lackeys Mullin/Patel be warned? Have AG's taken steps to clarify that prosecution?
