The danger isn’t only that bad cases fail. Politicized charging burns credibility prosecutors need for the cases that actually deserve public trust.

Anyone who watched the Jan 6 hearings saw how careful Hutchinson was with her testimony. If Dhillon’s team had actually watched the hearings they could have saved lots of time and money not to mention spare Cassidy the stress. They are the enemy of democracy.

When Americans start wondering whether the DOJ is chasing criminals or political enemies, everybody loses. We need prosecutors following evidence, not settling scores. That's how you protect the rule of law and national security. Straight Democratic ticket for me! #DOJ
