That is so scary!! I’m so glad she’s ok.

I am so glad she is safe now.... Let's do some fun activities instead :)

Thank you dog rescuers. Renews my faith in humanity.

Guessing the balcony wasn't secured. We strung metal fabric all along the rails of our balcony even though the chance of our dog squeezing through was remote. Cost $50, prevents a catastrophe.

My stomach did three complete flips just by watching this.

Oh man, you know cats are talking shit about Elbie

🎼 Spider dog. Spider dog. Does whatever a spider dog does. 🎶 🎶

How to never be asked to dog sit again.

She'd be a cute Spider-Dog, for sure. 💚

🙏🏿🐶💝

It was a big sensation here!

13th floor… huh?

Omg I’m so glad he was rescued.

Tom Holland this little guy could have used your help 🐾🦴

Poor babby

Oh my. All of it

Oh my goodness!! Bet she was hungry & thirsty! No more adventures, Ellie!!!

Day Made❗️❗️❗️❗️💜💜💜💜 🐾

A drone was used to help find her when her owner couldn't locate her.

I totally get that reference, and I just had mine last week!

I hope her humans buy a Spider-Dog outfit though. Seems the application was only withdrawn because she was immediately hired during the interview.

Wow the cops did something useful. Go Ellbie 13/12

😳 Poor Ellbie. I’m glad she was rescued! 🙏

THANK YOU!!!!!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I don’t know who rescued her, but they deserve free lunches for a month!!!

ELLBIE!! Noooo!

Why would she withdraw it? Seems to me like she has all the necessary skills

Oh my

Nothing but praise for the rescue team who made a special effort to save her and for Ellbie herself who hung in there for at least two days.

😱

My u u Just l

OMG that will give me nightmares 🐶

🤣

I did too😀. Need another cup of coffee.

Dear Gods!😱

Ellbie omg 😲

Oh, my little heart broke seeing her outside the window looking in. Probably thinking why don’t they open the window and let me in?

Lucky dog.

she always wanted to run away & join the circus the highwire act, of course “This is Ellbie. She somehow snuck out her apartment's 13th-floor balcony and walked the ledge to the other side of the building. After two days of searching, a neighbor found her with his drone”

😭Ellbie!! Good girl 😭

Ellbie: "It seemed like a good idea at the time."

The cheer for the pup and rescuers at the end! 🥰 Not all humans are terrible. Especially when in close proximity to a dog.

😳

Ellbie you ding dong! 😖

Lucky girl

All these lost dogs, cats, birds, whatever. We need to set up some kind of animal "scared straight" training sessions when they finally (thank god) get home. They have no idea of what their caretaker/parents suffer!

😳

😳

TWO DAYS?!

Oh my god! I could imagine a cat doing this without getting killed, but a dog! Good Ell ie! Now stay inside! 💕

Ellbie and the firefighter

Love that show! I always say either JHC or JFC, depending on how mad I am! Claire's a doll and we should all have a man like Jamie Fraser, if we are so inclined.

Supremely boopable! 🥰

JRT: never a dull moment. 👀

She looked so relaxed!

OMG!!!!!

My boy has no balconies to tempt him.

is she a rat terrier? my jack is and this sounds like something he would do if we didn't live in a simple 1 story house. lol

Wow! I am glad she's decided not to be spider-dog. Hopefully that means she's learned her lesson of going out for a walk 13 stories up.

And...... I'm crying.

Kudos to those who rescued that sweet girl. Goodness.

This post gave me additional anxiety so thanks I guess ♥️♥️♥️♥️

😱

OMG bless her heart so glad she didn't fall

Come on people

Ellbie: oh dear. Um. I’ll just wait here until someone rescues me.

👏👏👏 for the rescue!

Literally my worst nightmare.

Ellbie's daring balcony escape and drone-assisted rescue surely earn her a rating of 15/10, as her Spider-Dog aspirations may have been withdrawn, but her legendary status remains intact.

15/10 for the drone owning neighbor and the rescurers.

She's a 15/10 for courage! 💕🐕

His poor mom and dad! Heart attacks for everyone! So glad he's safe. 🩷

Oh my goodness. What an amazingly brave little dog.
