This reminds me of a video I saw about a game that lets you catch a whale while fishing if your skill level is high enough, but the game has a system where too much inventory weight causes you damage, so catching a whale instantly crushes you to death. High tier simulationism.

Obtuse inventory fishing system puzzles no one solves until 20 years later when someone realizes that while you can't fish in a glass of water on the overworld you can through your inventory and catch a whole different table of fish.
