This is a 3m speedglas welding headband replacement. Ive used a couple welding headbands into heavy masks and helmets before but i like that this one is smaller so might be more useful for certain masks. Needs an 3dprinted adapter for bolts bcs the mounting hole is quite large

Say, is that a clicky adjuster? Cuz some VR headset straps have that but cost a bit so I’m hesitant to sacrifice. Thx.

yup, and without the sticky soft warm padding that most vr head straps have part no is 3m speedglas headband 06-0400-54

I also like to use these (hard hat headband adjusting) that have the same clicky adjuster but a bit more overall structure (you can easily remove or cut off areas you dont need) www.aliexpress.us/item/3256806...
