I happen to know my city auditor and, after watching this clip, I wrote her and asked her to audit the use of FLOCK by city employees. I don't know if FLOCK is in her purview (she typically audits monetary issues), but I figured it was worth a try.

Green Laser. The stronger the better. 50mw is relatively easily available and will damage a camera sensor (as a photographer we are very wary of such lasers). This is a step up from the standard handheld but still in the legal category. Smaller lasers will stun. 50mw burns camera sensors.
