Technologically challenged, outnumbered and gerrymandered voter in red state. 😐😐 I think MAGA is brainwashed & Trump is senile. However, I need to laugh every day, make me laugh I will ❀ ....and I love critter pics!!!

After listening to Todd Blanche this morning, I wonder just how stupid he thinks voters in Alaska are?πŸ€” Alaskans.....have the Republicans sufficiently insulted your intelligence enough now to stop voting for them?

I'm loving it. They can't even get a red state to roll over and play dead. Hats off to our Lt. Gov!!!😊 My Gov has been unusually quiet about this issue..... You OK Cox? What say you sir?

Democracy Docket@democracydocket.com

🚨BREAKING: A Trump-appointed judge just dismissed DOJ’s lawsuit seeking Utah’s unredacted voter roll, with prejudice. The ruling drops the administration to 0-27 in its nationwide crusade for sensitive voter data.

How come MAGA doesn't have a problem with Trump's wife? An American woman should have the job of being a billionaires arm candy. Immigrant labor taking good jobs again.😁

LA Blue Dot in GA 🌊🐸@namwella1961.bsky.social

Raw Story: β€œIt’s very significant that the raid against Ilhan Omar was conducted by Homeland Security. That means the warrant is specifically looking for evidence that she committed immigration fraud so they can denaturalize and deport her.” Now do Melania. #ProudBlue #Pinks #SheShed

Should my Lt. Gov need protection from Trump's thugs, we could easily form a well regulated militia (since we have open carry law here) and demonstrate the real reason our founding fathers wrote the second amendment. Just let us know.😎

I guarantee the cattle ranchers aren't making all the profit. We gotta break up the meat process industry just like we did ma bell. We're being ripped off America.😎

On today’s episode of β€˜The Golden Age of Trump’… I saw these ribeye steaks at a Chicago Costco today - three for…. $82.00. But, hey, at least the White House is now slathered in gold leaf.

Let's get a national movement going to convert every golf course into a free campground.πŸ˜‰ (Just to panic the idle rich who have nothing else to do with their time......like Donald.) Occupy golf courses!!😁

Lonelibinutah@lctmoses.bsky.social

The American people vs Donald Then we turn the golf courses into free campgrounds.😁

DOJ policy? They don't need no stinking policy.πŸ€—

Mother Jones@motherjones.com

The timing of the raid on Omar’s Washington-area homeβ€”22 days before the November midterms, in which she is a heavy favorite for reelectionβ€”adds additional scrutiny, as DOJ policy prohibits federal prosecutors and agents from timing investigations or charges to affect election outcomes.

It's just a matter of time Markwayne. Train your thugs better or one of them is going to be shot by an American standing their ground.😎 Put them in uniforms and REMOVE THE FUCKING MASKS!!

CNN@cnn.com

DHS Secretary Markwayne Mullin told Jake Tapper he is β€œsure” footage from ICE agents' body cameras in the NYC shooting will be made public. He gave no date, saying it will come once the FBI and HSI investigation is complete.

What happened with forgiving those who trespass against us? I believe a better punishment is to be caged for life, fearing for years what will happen to you when you finally die.

So how come us Utahns are old enough to gamble on line, but we can't be trusted to control ourselves enough to be able to buy lottery tickets? πŸ€”

It used to be if someone wanted to gamble they had to get up off their couch and go to a casino to do it. Now, gambling is an app download away, and available 24/7. What do you think? Is gambling TOO easy to access? And what, if anything, should be done?

Another example of him clutching at straws. The transgender issue is all he's got. So he's got nothing. The rest of us know its a non-issue and he knows Darlene is just as bad a candidate as Paxton.πŸ˜‰

What a disgusting piece of shit trump is😑! This is your President America, absolutely no class, a total train wreck of a human. This pig should be put out in the pig sty waiting for the day he's made in to bacon. Disgusting! #FuckTrump

These conservatives are so stupid. Every book they ban just draws attention to those books, resulting in people reading them who would otherwise not have any interest in them.πŸ˜‰

All this talk about consent.....why no talk about respecting women and the conduct of these men? The issue is not if a crime was committed. The issue is young men who have not been taught how to be gentlemen with women. None of the men who did not participate have anything to say about it?πŸ€”

At least when he's out selling his book, he's not here selling out his constituents to big business.πŸ€”

Mother Jones@motherjones.com

Utah Governor Spencer Cox is touring national TV, preaching political depolarization to sell his new book. But back home, his approval ratings have plunged 23 points since April. Turns out, enacting one of the country’s most extreme book-banning measures doesn't exactly make you a unifier.

Mr Wonderful thought Utahns were little sheep who would never stand up to anything big business wanted. Then he had the nerve to say those who did stand up were being manipulated by the Chinese. He fucked around and found out. We're not blind fools any longer buddy.😎

β€œDo you feel like he’s a little bit of a drag?” a person could be heard asking Paxton in audio obtained by The New York Times. β€œSo to be honest with you, the numbersβ€”when we did that conventionβ€”it dropped our numbers. Everybody’s numbers dropped,” Paxton replied. β€œRight now, yeah, not good.”

Young Republicans are such quick learners.😁 The grift seems to come to them instinctively.πŸ˜‰

Among other things, Trevor Lee is accused of falsifying a contract with a company named Enevive β€” including forging the signature of its CEO β€” purporting to show he made $168,000 annually from the company in order to get a $1 million home loan. He faces decades in prison if convicted.

LOL!!!πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ So Mr. Wonderful says we all should have known he was full of shit. Good to know. We'll keep that fact in mind for future reference next time you open your mouth.😎

Kevin O’Leary told millions of people on social media and Fox News that China was funding the opposition to his Stratos data center project. His attorneys are now arguing that nobody should have taken him seriously.

Hoping MAGA will only hear your lies and never know the facts? Not sure that's going to continue to work for ya.....πŸ€—

The bit where he brags about how Trump allows the press in to watch him sign bills as if that hasn't been done by every president for decades is also good.

Nope. Remember every Republican capitulated to whatever Trump wanted. Vote blue if you want his madness stopped.πŸ’™

Candidates fleeing Trump after he 'aggressively squandered' his strengths

dlvr.itCandidates fleeing Trump after he 'aggressively squandered' his strengthsRepublican midterm candidates are starting to flee from associating with President Donald Trump while others tune out his outlandish antics, and according to one conservative commentator, it comes down to how he "aggressively squandered" the strengths that got him reelected. Rep. MariΓ‘ Elvira Salazar, a Florida Republican who has represented the state's 27th District since 2021, turned heads across the political world this past week when she released a new midterm ad firmly breaking with Trump on immigration, saying that some of his mass deportation efforts have "gone too far." Her district is nearly 74 percent Latin American, and Trump carried it by around 15 points in 2024, amid a major shift towards Republicans made by Latino voters that year. Now, as anti-Trump conservative Charlie Sykes said on the "Fast Politics" podcast, that voting bloc has made a dramatic shift away from supporting the president, resulting in an ad like Salazar's, which would have once seemed unthinkable given Trump's huge sway over the GOP. "She calls out Donald Trump, saying that Hispanic voters feel betrayed," Sykes said. "You know, when she ran last time, she told them, you can trust Donald Trump. This is an indication of what's happening with the Hispanic vote, not just in Florida, but all around the country, and so I think this is not just a Florida story. It's a Texas story. It's, you know, wherever you have significant concentrations [of Latino voters]. And it is amazing... Donald Trump put together, let's be honest about it, kind of an impressive coalition to get elected in 2024. He has aggressively squandered that coalition, and there's no more dramatic example than the Hispanic Latino vote. And so, yeah, I mean, that ad has got to be raising lots of eyebrows." Host Molly Jong-Fast asked if this could be the "beginning" of a broader trend of GOP candidates and leaders breaking with Trump on his most unpopular issues. Sykes was uncertain about taking things to that degree, but suggested that "if they're not abandoning [Trump], they're tuning him out." "Have you noticed a couple of things? Number one, when he proposed the $5,000 giveaway to everybody, Republicans, like, kind of rolled their eyes and it just kind of disappeared," Sykes added. "Used to be that, you know, when he said something, the herd would move. Not anymore. He's declaring all of the warnings about AI to be a big hoax. You know, that's the bat signal right to his base, and yet you're not seeing the numbers. You're seeing one Republican governor after another say, 'Maybe we ought to hold up on the data center issue.'"

This is why the GOP is so sure there is rampant fraud being perpetrated against our government. They've been getting away with it for years so everyone else must be too.πŸ€—

Miaganga@miaganga.bsky.social

What's the point in being there anyway? Everything he says is a lie. I certainly won't miss listening to his bullshit. Since I don't watch Fox or any of the right-wing podcasters, I guess I won't have to anymore. Works for me.😁

Breaking: businesses don’t want you to have a shorter work week.

They don't "insure" anyone. They decline coverage every chance they get. They make big profits for their stock holders. Insurance companies were always the death panels. Why are they allowed to make huge profits?

Remember this when you vote in November. Democrats are the party of law and order. Without justice there can be no peace.

By the way, with majorities in the House and the Senate, Republicans in Congress could end Trump’s corruption and self-dealing right now. But are they? Nope. All they can do is bow down.
