Sorry if late, but that screenshot is from a earlier iteration of the Doom in Quake mod when it was Wolf3D and was a early 3D horror game of sorts that never took off much sadly.

Would love to see Spyro in all of them. Imagine Doom levels but you're playing as Spyro and collecting gems. Same with Quake, Wolfenstein, RE, Mario, etc
