so how long should i wait for the frozen pizza manufacturer to email me back about the broken glass in my kinda expensive frozen pizza before blowing their shit up online

Tell the grocery where you bought it. They will probably give you a refund and actually be concerned about people buying the other pizzas. I just went through this with plastic in chips.
