i dunno if i were a person handling email at a food company i would have a priority filter for terms like "broken glass" in the contact form

apparently they sent a response but i haven't received it as their Email is Slow but i'm getting coupons and a kit to return the broken glass

Tell the grocery where you bought it. They will probably give you a refund and actually be concerned about people buying the other pizzas. I just went through this with plastic in chips.
