I realize you haven't treated him, but if you had to guess, would you guess Frontal Lobe Dementia or Lewy Body Dementia? I think the latter because of the hallucinations; Hannibal Lecter, OJ Simpson...

Tough to say due to his severe psychiatric problems. I think he gets IV monoclonal antibodies every 2 weeks for his dementia causing all the hand bruising. Mystery trips to Walter Reed for brain MRI’s. That’s my guess.

His symptoms are much more consistent with FTD as opposed to Alzheimer’s, which his daddy had. It can be induced by years of stimulant abuse- Adderall, cocaine & Sudafed according to people who knew him.

Thank you! I've been wondering about all of that! A psychologist neighbor says he most likely has severe learning disabilities on top of the above, which is evinced in the fact that he reads and plans little. He seems to get a lot of brain MRIs...
